The kitchen area, also called the Productiehal, is divided into 8 completely equipped cooking islands. All the cooking islands are open-plan, so that everyone can watch each other’s cookery skills. Each cooking island is equipped with warm and cold running water, an oven, a five-ring gas cooker with wok burner and every imaginable piece of professional kitchen equipment.
