Julius Jaspers

All our seasonal menu's are created specialy for De Kookfabriek bij Julius Jaspers, famous from the TV series Topchef.

Our 4 culinairy principles:
• a meal consists of max. 5 ingredients (than basic ingredients as butter, oil, vinegar and the like)
• all ingredients are obtainable at the supermarket
• no special equipment is required for preperations
• maximum prep time of 1,5hrs

• every group prepares the whole menu
• flatscreens with recipes and pictures in every kitchen
